To make your nails super white dip them in half a lemon for a couple of minutes.
If you have trouble with biting your nails make sure they're always painted. If they look really nice and manicured you'll think twice before biting them. If that doesn't work try dipping them in Tabasco.
If you're in a hurry and wish for your nails to look polished, give them a quick coat of clear lip balm.
For an emergency nail polish remover, try an insect repellant.
